As a Writer, You Have the Power

You have the power. This is from one of those feel-good Facebook pages about living an enlightened life. Forget the deeper meaning; I think it’s appropriate for fiction writers.

If you don’t like the ending of your novel or short story, change it. Go in a different direction. You have that power. You are not stuck. And, unlike real life, you can always go back to where you had before… just be sure you don’t delete it.
